Saturday:

3:30 Hafla Opens to the Public
4-6pm Master & Support Sessions in private rooms
4pm-7pm Hafla Showcase with performances (canned music) in the Hafla Room
7-7:30 Close down the Gala Room to get ready for the Gala Show
7:30 Doors open for Gala Show (Gala Room only). Hafla and Foyer rooms remain open to Public for the $5 Admission. Gala Show is an invite only to perform with a $20 Adv/$25 Door ticket. Vendors in the Gala Show room are only accessible to Gala Show participants.
8-10:30-ish Saturday Night Gala Show
