Friday Night DJ Ethnic Ambient Groove Chill Night hosted by Urban Tribal Dance Co.
Tribal/Fusion showcase with performances by invite only, selected by Hafla Staff and Urban Tribal Dance Co. Admission to the Friday night event is $15 at the door. Buffet meals are available to full package registrants or for an additional fee.

Friday Night Om Kalsoum Look A Like Contest
Hosted by Princess Farhana of Hollywood, sport your most severe bun and dark glasses! It's tongue in cheek, it's fun, it's crazy, it's INFAMOUS notoriety! Winners will be selected by a panel of judges. You can sign up for the contest at the Registration Table at the Hafla, so come on down for some excitement. Troupes of Om Kalsoum are highly recommended and appreciated.

Share your dance with the community in a supportive exciting environment. Performers are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Full Package workshop attendees that purchase their full package by 11/19/05 get to select their day/time before the general call in. All other performers selected by a general call in. Saturday Night Gala Show
Join our workshop instructors and other invited guests for a spectacular show! VIP Admission is included for full package participants. Admission for the general public can be purchased for $20 early bird (using the participants/workshop registration form's Ala Carte section) or for $25 at the door. Last year's event sold out! Don't miss this exciting event!

Sunday Hafla Showcase (LIVE Music)
Share your dance with the community in a supportive exciting environment. Performers are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Full Package workshop attendees that purchase their full package by 11/19/05 get to select their day/time before the general call in. All other performers selected by a general call in. All performances are approx. 8minutes. Middle Earth Band will be playing from 4:30-6:30pm. SOLACE will be playing from 7:30-9:30pm. Call in details below.
Call In Details:
***Call in November 26th at 11am!!!*** The call in number is 619-312-0144 for both live and taped music. This is for dancer call in ONLY. It will not be possible to respond to general info calls on this number.
Please do not start calling before 11am. We will use an atomic clock and clear the lines at 11am. If you get ringing, stay on the line. If you get a busy signal, keep calling.
We have more times to perform than ever before, so don't forget to reserve your time!
Dancers must check in with music at the Hafla one hour before their performance!
Also, we will not pre-check your cd or tape to make sure that it plays. Please be sure to do this before you arrive at the hall. The max time limit is 8minutes with no exceptions.
Performers WILL be required to pay the admission fee of $5. It's been our experience that most of our performers offer it regardless. It helps keep the admission fees down, which translates to MORE people coming to see YOU perform! As always, we love feedback, so don't hesitate to call us and let us know you don't like it. OR -- Take a workshop and receive your Hafla Admission Ticket with your workshop packet!
Workshop participants who sign up for the full package will be able to choose their performance time before the general call-in if they register by November 19th.
